If your annual turnover is under R5 million, you classify as an Exempt Micro Enterprise
As an EME, you automatically qualify as a Level 4 Contributor with 100% BBBEE procurement recognition. If your EME has more than 50% black ownership, your score is bumped up to a Level 3 Contributor with 110% BBBEE procurement recognition level.
To get your EME BBBEE Certificate, all you have to do is give your supporting documentation to Apex and we’ll sort out the rest – it’s that easy.
Here’s what you’ll need to submit:
• Company Registration Documents
• Financial Statements (or a confirmation letter from your auditing form)
• IDs of Directors or Main Members
On receipt of the above documentation and payment, we guarantee that your SANAS/IRBA accredited BBBEE certificate will be verified and issued within 48 hours.
Click here to submit your documentation online. Alternatively, you can email it through to info@apexbusiness.co.za
Think you could do better than a Level 4 or Level 3?
If you’re an EME and want to improve your scorecard to a Level 2 or even Level 1 status, you will have to be scored as a Qualifying Small Enterprise (QSE).
